vintage looking light purple/polk a dot dress

This dress is adorable!! Sheer light purple over tiny black polk a dots, ruffles in the front, on the bottom and ruffles where sleeves should be. I usually wore this dress with a cute black shrug over it. Has a black tie ribbon around the waist. Hits a little under the knee.
